Where to Find Your Lectures

-A guide for new students

 



In 2015, many new students will come to Ewha university. They might think they will know where to take lectures. However, because they are NEW and the university is much bigger than high school, some students could be confused about where to go.

Here’s the approximate locations and pictures of the main buildings

 

When you want to take cultural subjects



                                                                                               
                                                                               

When you are a freshman, before you really study your own major, you should learn cultural subjects. One cultural subject includes students from many different departments in one common lecture. You might go to one of these buildings( Posco building, Hak gwan, Ecc)

 


Second, you should take lectures which is your special major.

If you are a college of health sciences
student


You’ll take your major lecture in the Human Ecology
building (Morris Hall).

It’s nearby the Alumnae Building

If you are a college of social sciences student



You’ll take your major lectures in the Posco Building. It’s nearby the Hak Gwan

If you are a liberal arts college student


You’ll take your major lectures in the Hak Gwan. It’s near the back gate

If you are an arts college student

 
 

    You’ll take your major lectures in the Art & Desgin Buildings. (A, B, C) It’s near the ECC

If you are a college of education student

 
 


You’ll take your major lectures in Education Buildings (A, B). It’s near the North gate

If you are a college of engineering
student


 

 

You’ll take your major lectures in the New Engineering
Building, Asan Engineering Building

(At Ewha University, it’s the most distant building from the
 front gate )
